Hali Flickinger took an early lead from the start and pulled through with the win of 4:39.26 in the B Final. The breaststroke leg tightened up the field as Chelsie Miller started to close, but Miller finished second with a time of 4:41.12.

Brooke Zeiger crushed her prelims time of 4:50.32 to take the C final with a 4:46.05.
