Practice + Pancakes: Columbia Swim Club goes OTB in Suits

FORM is swim goggles with a smart display. FORM is a sports technology company with a simple mission: to break down the barriers between what swimming is and what it could be.

When I was in Columbia, Missouri filming the Mizzou swim team, I also filmed the Columbia Swim Club. The day I was there, they were doing a pretty interactive set off the blocks.

They went 5 rounds of 4×100, with the first 2 100’s a mix of fast/easy, the third 100 all fast kick, then they get out, do 5 push ups, and go a fast 100 off the blocks. The kids had done this set in the past, but it had been long course, and this time they got to wear suits. Overall, I’d say the results speak for themselves.
