Cool video to show before a home meet, but can’t imagine it is an effective recruiting video, right? Kids coming out of high school want to see the team togetherness, in the pool and out, maybe busting out a hard set or getting psyched in the locker room before a meet. I don’t think glossy slow motion video of someone swimming freestyle makes UK stand out in any special way to a high school viewer.
JDM, I get your point, but marketing helps. There’s no doubt about it. A high production-value video is merely one way to build a excitement.
