Julia Dennis on Racing LCM after NCAAs: “I feel like I just ripped the band-aid off”

2025 Pro Swim Series — Sacramento

After a pair of Top-8 finishes in the sprint freestyle events at NCAAs, Louisville junior Julia Dennis is back in the competition pool, this time getting in long course reps. Dennis finished 2nd in the 50 free and 5th in the 50 fly, noting that every opportunity she gets to race in LCM she feels like she’s picking something up.

Louisville has a great thing going, especially with their ladies sprint. I’d be more interested in others joining Louisville

Just stop. Texas is not for everyone and after seeing her success at Louisville I think it’s better that she sticks with what’s worked for her.
