This guy is very good. I am very excited to see whats coming from the Utes in the next few years. Joe is a good recruiter and a great coach. Just look at what he did with the UTES last year. Nice time drops from a group that very easily could have given up because of the situation….so he is also a good motivator
Good recruiter, strong technician, great motivator= great coach
I love this guy. I especially love how he says “my pleasure” at the beginning of the interview. Joe could get a job at any chick fila in the country with those kind of manners. Watch out Robert! Joe Dykstra is an all around real lovable guy and is great for our swimming community. I bet he’s licking his chops at the potential Michael Andrew has and is looking forward to recruiting him. “Joe The Friggin Legend Dykstra”.
Michael Andrew is pro. Therefore, no one can recruit him for college.
Yeah, Michael Andrew is turning pro, so no recruiting for him!
