Fresno Pacific men add verbal from sprinter Austin Hussain

Sprint freestyler Austin Hussain has verbally committed to swim for Fresno Pacific next season.

Hussain announced his decision via Twitter this weekend, and it’s worth including the tweet itself, if only because Hussain’s Twitter handle/profile picture combo is just too entertaining.

Fresno Pacific is coming off a season in which its men finished 3rd at the Pacific Collegiate Swimming & Diving Championships (PCSC). Hussain adds a nice sprinting presence and should be a factor on the sprint free relays for Fresno. He’s also a solid butterflyer, holding down a 51-second 100.

He comes from Seaside Dolphins Aquatic Club of Seaside, California.
