Dylan Carter, Dual Citizen, Silver Medalist in Boys’ 50 Fly

Dylan Carter, who represents Trinidad & Tobago officially, holds dual citizenship with the United States, currently trains with the Davie Nadadores in southern Florida, and upon his return from this meet will begin training with the Trojans of Southern California, has been all over this meet. If it’s a sprint, Carter has gone after it.

He speaks with SwimSwam’s Colin Blair after taking a silver medal in the boys’ 50 fly final on Friday evening at the 2013 FINA World Junior Championships.
