The Workout

Warm up
    300 (75 swim, 25 3/7 Drill)
    300 (50 Kick, 50 fist or catch up drill)
    300 (50 Back, 25 choice, 25 fast free)

2 x Pull, Swim or Paddle – Keep
    3 x 100 on 1:25 or 1:35, 1:45, 1:155
    2 x 100 on 1:20, 1:30, 1:40, 1:50
    1 x 100 on 1:15, 1:25, 1:35, 1:45
    6 x 25 Kick e/f on :40
    50 ez on 1:00
    
Joe’s Speed Set (200p intended)
    1 x 50 on 1:30 fast
    1 x 50 on 1:20 hold or improve
    1 x 50 on 1:10 hold or improve
    1 x 50 on 1:00 hold or improve
    1 x 50 on :50 hold or improve
    1 x 50 on :40 what cha got

400 loosen down, any equipment
