The Fitter and Faster Swim Tour, one of swimming’s fastest growing and most popular businesses is looking for experienced professionals to fill three full-time positions and several part-time Event Manager positions. Additionally, they are always looking for part-time employees to work as Event Managers at the clinics and camps that they produce each weekend. One of the attributes that makes Fitter and Faster clinics unique is that they send professionally trained Event Managers to to each clinic to work with the clinicians, facility, host and and other stakeholders to ensure a well-run experience. Preferably, they are looking for Event Managers who are located within two to three hours driving distance of Gaithersburg, MD so they can participate in periodic company meetings, outings and holiday parties.

ABOUT FITTER AND FASTER
Founded in 2009, Fitter & Faster Swim Tour Presented by SwimOutlet.com (“FFT”) is the only turn-key elite level swim clinic operation in the United States. FFT enables teams and communities to host a professionally managed swim clinic featuring many of the best swimmers in the world. Our mission is to teach and inspire swimmers of all ages and skill levels.
FFT handles all of the work from the day we agree to produce a clinic or camp with “Event Hosts” until the event concludes and we send “Thank you for attending emails” and surveys to all the participants and volunteers.
