Portland, Ore. – 8 Oct 2014 – Cammile Adams, the gold medalist at the 2014 Pan Pacific Championships and the two-time USA Swimming National Champion in the 200m fly, is the newest star swimmer to partner with Arena, the leading swimwear brand announced today. Adams has signed with Arena through 2016.

“I’m so proud to be a part of Team Arena as I continue to train for 2016,” said Adams, a member of Team USA in 2012. “Recently, I have loved watching Arena come into the U.S. and have really appreciated their support of the U.S. National Team and myself. I am very excited to team up with Arena and give back to a swimming community that has given me so much. Arena has been very supportive of my dreams and aspirations both in and out of the water, and this team is one I just had to be a part of.”

Adams, the fastest American 200m butterflier in 2013, concluded her NCAA career at Texas A&M in 2014, with two NCAA championships under her belt. She then successfully defended her National Championship in the 200m butterfly at the 2014 USA Swimming National Championships and went on to win gold in the event at the 2014 Pan Pacific Championships. Previously, Adams qualified for the 2012 team by winning the event at Trials and later finished fifth in London.

“We are thrilled to add Cammile Adams to our growing roster of champions,” said Steve Ozmai, director of Brand Management for Arena. “She’s obviously an incredible talent in the pool, and her passion for giving back and growing the sport is something that mirrors our own corporate values. We are incredibly proud that she’ll represent Team Arena through 2016 and are thrilled to welcome her to the Arena family.”
