VIDEO: Missouri State Swim & Dive Training Trip 2015 – Houston, TX

It didn’t wind up being much warmer, or sunnier, during Missouri State’s week-long training trip stay in Houston, Texas than it was back home in Springfield, Missouri, but the Bears still took advantage of the change-in-scenery at their temporary home on the campus of Rice University to get in some solid, focused training.

But training trips aren’t all about the weather and the training: it’s about the memories and the bonds formed when you get a team of athletes with similar goals out of their comfort zones.

The above video, produced by Missouri Sate junior Isabella Simcox, captured all of those moments, in the water and out of the water, including the team’s meets against the Rice women and the A&M and Tennessee men.
