Austin Sectionals Day 4: Pickrem Picks up 200 IM, Trostok 50 Free
Crushing the field by nearly seven second, Pickrem pulled away from the field after the fly to easily out-split the field on the latter three legs of the medley. Coming in second was Dakota Luther of local Austin Swim Club with a time of 2:21.34.

Mauro Castillo, a swimmer for the Texas A&M men’s squad, swam the 100 breast/100 fly double tonight. He won the 100 breast with a 1:03.39 over Tristen Disibio (1:04.46), giving him a successful sweep of the breaststroke events after his 200 breast win last night.
