Kentucky HS State Preview: St. Xavier, Sacred Heart Try To Stay On Top

Louisville’s St. Xavier and Sacred Heart are looking to continue their respective men’s and women’s Kentucky High School state title winning streaks, but strong contenders from elsewhere in the Bluegrass state will dig into their team depth to put up a good fight over the course of the meet. Asia Seidt from Sacred Heart is the top seed in the women’s 200 IM and 100 backstroke events.

St. Xavier Boys, Sacred Heart Girls Successfully Defend KHSAA Titles

Sacred Heart’s Leah Stevens won the girls 500 freestyle event at the 2015 Kentucky High School State Championships, helping her team to win its 3rd consecutive team title.
