SwimSwam London 2012 Edition Pick ‘Em Contest Launches!

It’s that time again. Time for Pick ‘Em 2.0 – the Olympic version. After a successful run at the Trials, with over 500 entries, you’ll have the opportunity to pick the medalists for the Olympics in London.

Click here to make your picks.

The contest will be open until the start of the Opening Ceremonies on July 27th, with the swimming competition starting July 28th. We’ve populated the list with the 15 best swimmers who have confirmed their entry, but have again allowed a “Wildcard” spot, which effectively allows you to pick “anybody not listed” as the winner.

See if you can knock off Olympic Trials winner no1swimfreak, who scored an impressive 219 out of 338 possible points. That will stand as the gold standard for this contest, but will be hard to beat with more parity on the global stage.

This time, we’ll be sure to publish all of the picks so that everyone can refer back and see who they’ve picked and know who to root for. To track our picks in each race, check out our race-by-race previews.
