Rhyan White Adjusting to Life as a Pro Swimmer: “I feel like I’ve figured a few things out”

Olympian Rhyan White raced at the 2025 Wesmont Pro Swim, placing 5th in the 50 back, 6th in the 100 back, and 2nd in the 200 back. White, an Alabama graduate who now trains at NC State, is starting to figure out the ins and outs of operating as a professional swimmer. Along with fellow pro and training partner Katharine Berkoff, White is enjoying training in Raliegh.

If this is at Westmont, how come is she telling us the team is getting ready for ACCs, which have already happened?
