The Olympic Channel has been featuring Olympians doing at-home workouts amidst the global pandemic, and on Olympic Day, June 23, it will have the biggest one yet.
The virtual Olympic Day workout will feature the likes of USA gymnast Laurie Hernandez, French biathlete Martin Fourcade, taekwondo athletes Lutalo Muhammad (Great Britain) and Pita Taufatofua (Tonga), and Indian wrestler Vinesh Phogat.
At least one swimmer will be included in the program – swimmer Jessica Long, who owns 13 Paralympic gold medals. So too is retired swimmer Cameron van der Burgh, who is an Olympic gold medalist and World Record holder.

The Olympic Channel already has several virtual workouts from prominent Olympic athletes that you can watch and take part in on its website, including ones from Taufatofua, French mountain biker Victor Koretzky and Indonesian sport climber Aries Susanti Rahayu. Syrian cyclist Badreddin Wais, who is aiming for a spot on the Refugee Olympic Team next summer, is running a workout on June 16.
Introduced in 1948, Olympic Day celebrates the day the International Olympic Committee was founded, June 23, 1894.
