Swim Supervisors have a full time director to work/consult with and help them with all aspects of their job.

Your swim instructors work with the same campers all summer long. Since most campers are here six, seven, or all eight weeks your staff have time to get to now their campers as well as time to see the results of their lessons.

The counselors of the groups coming to each swim period assist your instructors. They get changed into bathing suits and are assigned to a swim group. Their supervisor, called a division leader, is also at the pool to make sure their staff is ready to be there to help you see the campers lessons. The division leader will make any phone calls to parents who have questions after consulting with you.

We have worked hard to create a facility and staff-working environment that is enjoyable, creative, positive, and perfect for the summer. You will enjoy coming to work each day. We are looking for people who see spending a summer at camp as something they “get to do”, not “have to do”.

The people we hire are those that naturally look to do more rather than less.

You will interview us as much as we interview you.
