The Social Media and Content Coordinator is responsible for developing content across social media, our website, press releases, direct marketing, and other project based tasks in collaboration with the marketing team. The ideal candidate understands athletes, is excited about performance products, and has a flair for storytelling.

Key Accountabilities

+ Develop a broad range of messages to a variety of audiences, including consumers, media, and trade
+ Develop and maintain process for managing editorial calendar, content contributors, and alignment with key product launches and brand marketing initiatives
+ Align content with overall brand objectives and audience motivations
+ Research and report on top digital influencers and trends
+ Use data and insight to inform content development
+ Generate monthly reports on all marketing activity and performance
+ Proofread and edit all marketing content for grammar, punctuation, style, clarity and spelling
+ Facilitate the acquisition, sharing, and archiving of digital graphic assets
+ Assist the marketing team with special projects as needed

Job Requirements

+ Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or other relevant field
+ Exceptional written communications skills, including copywriting and editing
+ Fluency in social media marketing applications and analytics
+ Strong attention to detail, quality, organization, and time management skills
+ Organized, good at taking initiative, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
+ Helpful but not required: Digital photo editing and video production skills
