YORK, Pa. (Swimming) – The second day of the 2020 Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Men’s and Women’s Swimming Championships were completed on Friday at the Graham Aquatic Center. Four more events saw records fall.
Through nine events, Stevens stays atop the men’s standings with 808.5 points. Albright is in second with 606 points, Messiah is third with 463 points, Arcadia is fourth with 437 points and Widener is fifth with 395 points.
Stevens now leads the women’s standings with 628 points. Misericordia is in second with 575 points, Arcadia is third with 520 points, Messiah is fourth with 438 points and Widener is fifth with 419 points.

200-YARD FREESTYLE RELAY
Men
Stevens’ Kurt Von Autenried, Jonas Lackey, Michael Shusta and Theodore Jagodits won gold with a time of 1:23.62. Messiah took silver with a time of 1:24.98, and Albright won bronze with a time of 1:25.60
Women
Stevens’ Isabelle Rivera, Samantha Zdesar, Madie DeJong and Isabella Fairman won gold with a time of 1:37.42. Misericordia took silver with a time of 1:38.79, and Arcadia won bronze with a time of 1:40.53.
400-YARD INDIVIDUAL MEDLEY (IM)
Men
Arcadia’s TJ Dalton rebroke his own MAC Championship and overall conference record twice today, with a final time of 4:02.89 to win gold. Dalton broke his own MAC Championship record time of 4:06.16 (2018) with a time of 4:04.92 in the prelims to earn the top seed. King’s Jared Stephan won silver with a time of 4:04.88, and Misericordia’s Jonus Gurski took bronze with a time of 4:08.63.
Women
Messiah’s Katelyn Boyce won gold with a time of 4:37.62. Stevenson’ Melanie Milam took silver with a time of 4:39.68, and Stevens’ Alexis Colasurdo won bronze with a time of 4:40.54.
100-YARD BUTTERFLY
Men
Messiah’s Avery Barley won gold with a time of 49.61 seconds. Albright’s Bryce Schaffer took silver with a time of 49.67 second. Schaffer broke his own MAC Championship and overall conference record time of 49.74 seconds (2019) with a time of 49.52 seconds in the prelims to earn the top seed. Stevens’ Kurt Von Autenried took bronze with a time of 49.99 seconds.
Women
Widener’s Jill Bujanowski won gold with a time of 56.62 seconds. Stevens’ Isabelle Rivera took silver with a time of 57.26 seconds, and King’s Rachel Woomer won bronze with a time of 58.26 seconds.
200-YARD FREESTYLE
Men
Widener’s Martin Bohdan won gold with a time of 1:41.50. Albright’s Chris Laite took silver with a time of 1:42.07, and Stevens’ Ali Kolenovic won bronze with a time of 1:42.27.
Women
Isabella Fairman rebroke her own conference and championship record time (1:52.87) to win gold with a time of 1:52.29. Fairman broke both the MAC Overall (1:53.13) and MAC Championship (1:53.20) record times with a 1:52.87 during prelims to earn the top seed. Stevens’ Samantha Zdesar took silver with a time of 1:54.84, and Messiah’s Nancie Ziegler won bronze with a time of 1:56.64.
400-YARD MEDLEY RELAY
Men
Stevens’ Ali Kolenovic, Tyler Zanki, Kurt Von Autenried and Theodore Jagodits won gold with a new conference and championship record time of 3:22.31 (previous record was 3:25.36). Albright took silver with a time of 3:26.91, and Arcadia won bronze with a time of 3:29.74.
Women
Misericordia’s Victoria Wrobleski, Grace Nikolski, Kate Bernauer and Camryn Hubric won gold with a time of 3:58.05. Stevens took silver with a time of 3:59.91, and Widener won bronze with a time of 4:02.31.
