    3 x 100 @ 2:00 RFLY Supine K w/fins 4-6 STL KO on each wall
    5 x 120 @ 2:10 80 Ch P/40 Ch S
    6 x 40 @ :45 Prime SP
    1 x 40 @ 1:10 REC
