GIUSY CISALE
A law graduate and practicing attorney for 15 years, Giusy Cisale balanced her professional career with her passion for swimming by founding and managing her swimming-focused blog, Scent of Chlorine. Her expertise in the sport led her to collaborate with Italian swimming news websites starting in 2015, before joining the global swimming platform SwimSwam in 2017.
Her love for swimming extends beyond writing; in 2016, she became an official for the Italian Swimming Federation. As a competitive Masters swimmer, she participated in the 2017 FINA Masters World Championships in Budapest. However, her favorite role remains that of Swim Mum, supporting and encouraging the next generation of swimmers.
In September 2017, she became the lead editor of SwimSwam Italy, bringing her passion and professionalism to the forefront of Italian swimming journalism. With a commitment to covering the sport from the pool deck, she has served as a SwimSwam correspondent for numerous high-profile events, showcasing her dedication to the swimming world.
