Florida State Men Defeat Georgia Tech During Final Relay; Georgia Tech Women Win by 20
Despite losing the meet by three points, Georgia Tech’s Berke Saka won the 200 back and 200 IM, swimming over four seconds faster than he did a year ago.
NCSA Runner-Up #20 Emily Hamill Commits to Georgia for Fall 2025
Hamill is the second top 20 recruit for the Georgia women expected to arrive in fall 2025. Hamill is just off of an individual NCAA cut time.
#17 Haley McDonald, World Juniors Silver Medalist, Commits to Texas for Fall 2025
Haley McDonald won silver in the 200 IM at Junior Worlds at the beginning of September. She has committed to Texas for fall 2025.
One Day, Four Top 20, Five Commits, What. Just. Happened for the Virginia Men
The Virginia men had five commitment announcements today, with four of them in our top 20 recruits, including #1 Heilman and #2 Williamson.
Thomas Mercer, The No. 8 Recruit in High School Class of 2025, Commits to Virginia
Mercer already would make an ACC final in both IMs. Mercer already has numerous 2024 US Olympic Trials qualifying times.
Josh Howat, The No. 12 Recruit in High School Class of 2025, Commits to Virginia
Josh Howat swam best times in both the 50 and 100 freestyles in both LCM and SCY in the last year and will head to Virginia.
Kate Douglass (IM) and Claire Curzan (Backstroke) Drop 2:07 LCM Suited Swims In-Practice
Douglass swam a 2:07.3 in the 200 IM while Curzan swam a 2:07.8 in the 200 backstroke during practice in Charlottesville.
#11 Lily King Sends NC State First Top 20 Commitment for Fall 2025
Lily King is NC State’s first top 20 commit on the girls side in the high school class of 2024. King primarily specializes in the sprint free events.
#4 Ranked Recruit Madi Mintenko Verbally Commits to Virginia For Fall 2025
Madi Mintenko is the #3 200 freestyler in the class in both LCM and SCY, right behind Alex Shackell and Claire Weinstein.

Olympic Trials Qualifier Michael Hochwalt Commits to Arizona State For 2024
Hochwalt won the 200 IM at Summer Juniors this past August and was also third in the 200 fly, even after breaking his leg last fall.
