Dr. Shyong Leads Team SwimSpray to Colony Zone Swimming Championship

SwimSpray’s standout performer was Dr. Andrew “Andy” Shyong, of Bergen County, New Jersey, winning three events and contributing to several relays. Dr. Shyong won the 50 fly, 50 back, and 100 IM.

Swimming Through Medical School – Abby Nunn

Abby is about two months away from finishing her first year of medical school at UVA. When she’s not studying, Abby is either coaching the Charlottesville YMCA Aquatic Club (CYAC) or training on her own, for long distance open water swims.
