The best long-distance swimmers from across the nation will come together at Lone Star Lake for the third-annual College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) National Open Water Championships, Saturday, September 22.
Among the swimmers to watch out for tonight on the men’s side are Texas All-Americans Joseph Schooling (100 fly), Jonathan Roberts (400 IM), and Townley Haas (200 free).
Texas’ Brett Ringgold will challenge teammates Tate Jackson and Joseph Schooling for the 50 free title tonight.
Texas is poised to win their 6th Big 12 title in a row.
Kansas faced off with Iowa State in both teams’ last regular season meet of the year. The Jahawks only dropped 4 of 16 events, and tied with the Cyclones in 1 event.
