Potomac Marlins to Host Eastern Zone IMX Meet
Potomac Marlins will host the 5th IMXtreme Games from January 31 – February 2 at the University of Maryland with 1,225 swimmers entered into the meet. Sixty-six teams from 11 of the 12 LSC in the Eastern Zone will be competing, and the meet will include nationally ranked swimmers.
MIT Senior Day is Victory over Amherst
On senior day and at its final home meet of the 2013-14 season, the MIT men’s swimming and diving team defeated Amherst College by a score of 185-115. This is the third year in a row that the Engineers have come out on top in a meet against the Lord Jeffs.

“We hadn’t been home for a while, and they came together and swam tough right from the beginning,” said head swim coach Sean Schimmel. “They stayed sharp all the way through it. We had some great diving going on as well. A couple girls qualified for zones, which we hadn’t had before. I think for right now on Jan. 25 we’re in a really good spot.”
WKU Swim Wins Quad in Final Competition of the Season
