California 15-Year-Old Dies In High School Swim Session Of 57 Swimmers
A California school district is being sued by the parents of 15-year-old Ben Curry, a student who drowned while treading water in a crowded swim class. The parents’ suit alleges that the teacher was distracted by his cell phone and not watching the kids.
