Former Swim Instructor Accused Of Inappropriate Conduct With Teenage Employees

A former swim school instructor has been charged with a felony and three misdemeanor charges based on his interactions with teenage female employees. Robert N. Keller is accused of giving alcohol to the teens, using inappropriate and sexual language with them and trying to entice them away from their parents.

Judge Dismisses Newest Charges Against Banned Ohio Swim Coach Sam Seiple

A judge ruled that Seiple, who pleaded guilty to misdemeanor unlawful sexual conduct with a minor in 2017, could not be prosecuted on charges raised by a 2nd alleged victim because of a negotiated plea deal with prosecutors.

USOC’s Athlete & Career Education Program Awards $240,000 in Tuition Grants

The United States Olympic Committee, in partnership with the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Foundation, announced that the Athlete Career and Education Program will disburse more than $240,000 in higher education tuition grants during the spring term, a 75 percent increase from the previous distribution period.
