- Looking for full-time and part-time coaches and lesson instructors
Head Age Group Coach
- Lead Coach for Travel Group Swimmers
- Establish and achieve group goals; help swimmers set and achieve their goals.
- Meet Entry Coordinator
- Continued collaboration with Lesson Staff, Developmental Team Staff, and Senior Coaches to cultivate a system of athlete development that prepares the swimmers for excellence in age group swimming and readiness for entry into our senior group
- Develop and execute athlete recruitment and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with EMAC Staff Committee Liaison to empower and direct committees
- Creation and implementation of swim and strength training programs
- Member Education
Organizational Responsibilities
- Ensure programs comply with local, state, national, and USA SafeSport regulations
- Track Age Group coaching hours and collaborate with Office Manager to ensure accurate payroll
- Monitor and communicate with staff credential expiration and means to maintain certs
- Represent EMAC at MA or USA Swimming Governance level.
- Educate swimmers and parents about swimming opportunities available through EMAC, and provide guidance on the path they should take to reach their goals.
Requisite Certifications
- USA Swimming Coach Certification
Compensation
- Salary range beginning at 50K
