ATHENS, Ga. – Highlighted by six home meets and the SEC Championships at Bauerle Pool at Gabrielsen Natatorium, the University of Georgia swimming and diving programs announced their 2024-25 competition schedule Wednesday afternoon.
Georgia’s home schedule features six dual meets and four multi-day events, including the annual Georgia Fall Invitational, biannual Georgia Diving Invitational, and the 2025 SEC Swimming & Diving Championships. The home dual action is highlighted by matchups against NCAA top-10 finishers Florida and NC State.
Following an intrasquad meet on Sept. 28, the Bulldogs will open their slate on the road with a tri-meet against South Carolina and Vanderbilt on Oct. 11 in Columbia, followed by a trip to Florida State on Oct. 19. The home schedule kicks into gear against Florida on Nov. 1, followed by NC State on Nov. 9 and the Georgia Fall Invitational on Nov. 20-22. The 2024 calendar year closes with a road date at new SEC foe Texas on Dec. 18.
The 2025 half of the schedule begins with the Georgia Diving Invitational on Jan. 3-5, followed by home meets against LSU on Jan. 11 and UNC Wilmington on Jan. 18. After a road meet at Tennessee on Jan. 25, the Bulldogs close the regular season with its annual Senior Day meet against Emory on Feb. 1 and the Auburn First Chance Meet on Feb. 7-8.
Bauerle Pool at Gabrielsen Natatorium will then host its seventh SEC Championships meet on Feb. 18-22, followed by the Bulldog Invitational Last Chance Meet on March 1-2. The season closes with Zone B Diving at Auburn on March 9-12, followed by the NCAA Women’s and Men’s Swimming & Diving Championships in Federal Way, Washington.
