Sports ko promote karne aur young talent ko encourage karne ke liye, Ashoka Women’s Engineering College ne District Sports Authority and Kurnool District Swimming Association ke sahyog se district-level swimming competitions host ki.
Competition me poore district ke various schools ke lagbhag 120 participants ne participate kiya. Iss event me 500m and 100m freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly events ke saath swimming ki kai categories shaamil thi.
Chief guest District Sports Officer B Bhupati Rao ne future athletes ko shape karne me aise platforms ke importance ko emphasize kiya. Unhone kaha, “swimming keval ak sport nahi hai, ye ak discipline hai jo stamina, focus and confidence build karta hai. Main sabhi young swimmers se kadi mehnat karne aur state and national-level selections ke liye prepare karne ki aagrah karta hun.”
Ashoka Women’s Engineering College ke Principal Dr. R Naveen and CEO Dr. Harish Krishna ne apne motivating presence and words se students ko encourage kiya.
Aquatics Association ke President V Narasimhaiah Acharya, Secretary G Rama Krishna Yadav and coach A Nataraja Rao ne events ka smooth execution ensure kiya, jabki technical officials- B Siva, G Bhaskar, Harish Babu, Samiya and Bhuvanadithya ne race ke fair and professional conduct me key role play kiya. Prize distribution ke saath event conclude hua.
