4 x 100 @ 1:45 Fr BC3 + 4-6 KO’s on every wall
6 x 50 @ :55 Ch D/S 25

3 x 100 @ 1:40 Supine Fly K w/Fins
6 x 50 @ :50 Fr K w/Board, Snork, & Fins

FARTLEK
1 x 500 @ 8:15 ( 400 EN1 + 100 EN2 )
1 x 500 @ 8:15 ( 300 EN1 + 200 EN2 )
1 x 500 @ 8:15 ( Build x 125 )
1 x 500 @ 8:15 ( Build x 100 )
1 x 500 @ 8:15 ( EN2 )
