4 x 75 1:35 25 kick, 50 Build choice

4x No Breaks Between Rounds
    3 x 100 1:40 Descend 1-3 Free
    2 x 50 1:00 Stroke Fast
    1 x 100 Easy 1:45
    
Rest 3:00

3 x Paddle, swim
    4 x 100 on 1:40, 1:45, 1:50 Descend 1-4 & Time by round
    4 x 50 on :50, :55 or 1:00 Descend 1-4 & Time by Round
    4 x 25 kick :35 Fast
