The Workout

Warm up
    400 choice
    200 kick
    
Pull or Paddle – Controlled Breathing
    800 100 Drill 1 eye out/in,100 BC 3
    
5 x Mini (last two round, 25’s G4, G5)
    3 x 50 G1 :40, :50, 1:00
    2 x 50 G2 : :50, 1:00, 1:10
    2 x 25 G3 :35, :40, :45
    50 Dbl arm back –
    reset to the top

Can I trouble someone to clarify the G2 etc. shorthand?

Gear 2, Gear 3, Gear 4, etc. Seems to be a more common way of explaining the old EN1, EN2, SP1, etc./Rainbow systems (White, Pink, Red, Blue, etc.).
