Troy discussed the progress of U.S. Olympian Elizabeth Beisel, who dealt with a groin injury last season. Since then, Troy has seen Beisel get back to better form. He talks about Beisel’s training, and believes her fitness level is probably at the best he’s ever seen from her.

U.S. National Team Members Host Swim Clinic in Singapore

National Team Members and 2015 FINA World Championship medalists Kevin Cordes(Naperville, Ill.) and Micah Lawrence (Pflugerville, Texas) led a swim clinic for the students at the Stamford American School in Singapore, Malaysia.

WPWL 2016: Yokohama Decides Non-European Teams for Super Final

From May 10-15, some of the world’s best water polo players will gather in Japan for the FINA Men’s Water Polo World League Intercontinental Tournament. The six-day event runs from Tuesday through Sunday, in Yokohama, a city near Tokyo.

“I don’t think it’s any top secret he’s gonna swim the 50 and the 100 freestyles,” said Troy. “He’s qualified in the 100 fly, 200 free, and 100 breast. We’ll play around a bit with those.”
