Puzzling that the Senior WP Team USA (including Olympic) is loaded with the “Big 4” California players/alums but the Junior team isn’t. 3 Bears and 1 Trojan but zero from perennial Pac-12 powers Stanford and UCLA.
Some major competition for Team USA in their group B with Olympic final 4 Serbia and Spain. This is time for younger American players to show their stuff and address the ongoing issue about “too many foreign players” in American college WP competition.
