Loyola High School junior Rex Maurer swam 1:35 in the 200 free and 4:20 in the 500 free on Friday at the Justin Carr Friday Light Nights Classic in LA.

For the second time in the same weekend, a quartet of Rose Bowl Aquatics’ 15-16-year-old boys has combined to set a NAG, this time in the 200 free relay.
Rose Bowl’s team of Ronald Dalmacio, William Kim, Zach Larrick, and Rex Maurer combined for a time of 6:30.45, undercutting the previous mark of 6:36.61.
