One of the most impactful scratches on the men’s side came from Auburn’s Joe Patching in the 100 back. Patching was entered as the 7th seed, but will likely swim the 200 back tomorrow instead.
Day 2 of the tri-meet between Texas, Indiana, and Florida was contested in short course yards, with the Indiana Men and Texas women picking up 2 wins each again.
Caeleb Dressel impressed again on Saturday morning in Gainesville, but may be wearing more hats this year than last for the Gators.
