Record-breaking Moody named C-USA Swimmer of the Week for Rice
Rice’s Rachel Moody was named Swimmer of the Week after breaking the school 100 breast record at the Houston Quad. North Texas senior Catherine Johnson was named Diver of the Week.
LSU dominates Houston Quad, Moody breaks Rice school record in 100 breast
LSU topped Rice, Tulane and host Houston in the Quad meet, each team’s last competition before conference championships. Kara Kopcso won three times for LSU, while Rice’s Rachel Moody broke a school record in the 100 breast and narrowly missed the 200 breast record as well.
