CAS Rejects Paolo Barelli’s Ethics Case Against FINA
The Court of Arbitration For Sport (CAS) has dismissed an appeal by Italian swim federation president Paolo Barelli and ordered Barelli to pay the legal fees of FINA, his opponent in the case.
