Saudi Swimming is pleased to invite applications from all suitably qualified candidates for the position of a Program Development Coach to operate out of one of our Olympic 50 meter facilities in Saudi Arabia.
JOB DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS
Being passionate and enthusiastic about the sport goes without saying! You will have exceptional experience in building age-group programs with a track record as a coach of young and developing swimmers. You will also have a deep understanding of the mechanics and sports science of swimming, and have a real commitment to the delivery of technical/skills-based programs.
It is likely that you will be looking for the next “breakthrough” step in your career and wanting to prove that you have what it takes to move to the next level. This is the perfect opportunity to be involved in one of the sport’s developing nations and to demonstrate your skills as a coach.
The program you will be developing is a male-only program and we will be looking for a minimum one year commitment from the successful candidate.
NOTE
The successful candidate will need to understand that Saudi Arabia is an Islamic country and therefore will be expected to adhere to a code of conduct that is respectful of the traditions of Saudi society.
