Dant Rattles YMCA National Record With 8:57 In 1000 On Day 1 of YNats

Hickory Foundation YMCA 16-year-old Ross Dant went 8:57.64 to win the boys 1000 free on opening night of YMCA Short Course Nationals. That came close to a YMCA national record and checks in inside the top 10 all-time for the 15-16 age group.
