British Swimming Marks the Passing of Peter Bilsborough

Peter Bilsborough, Board Director of Scottish Swimming and Director of Sports Development and School Manager in the School of Sport at the University of Stirling, sadly passed away on 15 January, 2015 following a brief period of illness.
