Resilience and adaptability are essential qualities to succeed in this job. Ability to inspire a team, passion for the sport and love of working with young swimmers are other important qualities we seek in the candidate.

DUTIES

Lead a nationwide initiative at talent development with a focus on high performance training at multiple centres over the next 10 years.
