Now Hiring: Head and Assistant Swim Coaches
Are you passionate about swimming, coaching, and building team spirit in a competitive yet close-knit environment? The Bitterroot Swim Team (BST) in Hamilton, Montana, is seeking dynamic individuals to fill the roles of Head Coach and Assistant Coach for the 2025 summer swim season.
What We’re Looking For
A successful candidate will bring:
- A USA Swimming certification
- A background in competitive swimming (coaching or participating).
- Strong technical skills to coach all ages and abilities.
- A passion for swimming, a commitment to teaching, and the ability to foster team spirit and camaraderie.
- Availability for practices (weekday mornings and evenings) and weekend swim meets.
