Urlando took things out in a 21.51, coming home in 24.46 for his 45.97, which is a best time by over seven tenths.

Gianluca Urlando, 16, of DART Swimming broke Michael Phelps’ 15-16 NAG and became the youngest swimmer ever to break 1:41 in the 200 butterfly on Saturday.
