    200 free @ 2:50 25 moderate/25 blue
    200 free @ 2:50 sprint

    150 free @ 2:10 MDPS perfect tech
    150 free @ 2:10 25 moderate/25 blue
    150 free @ 2:10 sprint
break @ 1:30

    100 free @ 1:25 MDPS perfect tech
    100 free @ 1:25 25 moderate/25 blue
    100 free @ 1:25 sprint
