200 Free Build
4x 50 :15 Wall Kick Free Sprint / FT / 50 free Sprint on 1:00

15:00 social kick last 2:00 sprint

5 x 100 50 Fly / 50 BK
5 x 100 50 BK / 50 BR
5 x 100 50 BR / 50 FR
5 x 100 IM

2 x 500 FR alt with fins and chutes / with fins

200 double back cooldown
