The defending NCAA champion Cal Golden Bear women present their 2016 training trip video from the island of Oahu in Hawaii. Not only does it appear the Bears got a lot of quality work done in the pool and on land, it looks like they enjoyed themselves a bit as well.
They can be seen doing some ocean swimming, riding waves, climbing mountains, and even working with some local up and comers. It also appears they were joined by some alumni, including 2012 Olympic medalist Caitilin Leverenz.
