Arena Pro Swim Series At Orlando – Tyler Clary Scratches 200 fly, Junya Koga Out Of 50 Free

The most effected event was the men’s 200m fly final where two swimmers dropped out of the ‘B’ final including Olympic gold medallist Tyler Clary. Clary stated yesterday that he wasn’t very happy with the way he’s been swimming in Orlando, and after a 2:04.97 in the prelims of the 200m fly to take the third seed in the ‘B’ final, Clary scratched the race.

Christian Selby Downs State Record On Day One Of The Tennessee State High School Championships

Auburn commit and Baylor senior Christian Selby broke a state record in the 50 freestyle with his time of 20.41 to lead the way in the prelims. The time bettered former Baylor swimmer and current Alabama swimmer Luke Kaliszak’s time of 20.43 from last year.
