NC State Commit Kyle Ponsler Swims 4:18.44 400 IM on Night 2 of NCSA Championships
Ponsler was second in the event at Wave I Trials last summer in a 4:22.23 which allowed him to swim the event again at Wave II.

Gonzalez was Spain’s only medalist at the European Championships in May 2021. Notably, he won gold in the men’s 200 IM.

Hook was third in the event at US International Team Trials as she swam a 2:08.80. Her best stands at a 2:07.87 from summer 2019.
